At the end of the assessments, the training establishment's teaching staff sends the jury a proposed mark out of 20 points for each candidate, together with the completed assessment aid grid (a model of which is provided in the examination organization circular).

In accordance with regulations, the jury may request access to candidates' assessment files. These documents are kept at the disposal of the jury and the rectoral authority for the session in question, until the following session.

One-off oral test (duration 40 minutes)

The test consists of two consecutive phases.

For 10 minutes (maximum), the candidate presents his or her career path and

and explains how the skills in the “Support and provision of IT services” block were acquired.

This is followed by 30 minutes of discussion with the jury, during which the candidate's career path is explained and assessed, and one or more of the achievements described in the digital file are examined in greater depth.

The interview is an opportunity to assess the candidate's ability to mobilize the targeted skills, and his/her ability to report on work carried out as part of a project team, clearly highlighting his/her personal contribution.
